Course Outline– The course provides comprehensive coverage of computer hardware, software, networking and cloud computing. Students learn about System administration, Network administration, Security and wireless Technologies along with cloud computing. The curriculum includes in-dept Linux Administration, Deployment and management of network servers, advanced networking configurations, shells scripting, troubleshooting and cloud computing. Additionally the course prepares students for the Global Certification.

Course includes – Computer Hardware and software, Networking Skills, System Administration, Advanced Network Servers, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security.

Entry Qualification and Eligibility Criteria- Candidate should have passed BCA / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Application, Cloud Computing , Engineering and Technology or equivalent Degree, OR Passed B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A / B.Voc with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications at 10+2 level. (with an additional bridge course as per the norms of the concerned University). With at least 50% marks for General candidates and 45% for SC /ST and OBC candidate.

Program Outcomes and Career Opportunities : Upon successfully completing the Post Graduate Certification Program in IT & Networking Engineering, graduates are will prepared to operate independently in the industry. The placement cell provides valuable assistance in securing job opportunities for students. There are numerous opportunities in IT companies, banks and computer departments across various organizations.

Selection Process :Direct Registration and application to KGMSDC entrance test and Counselling.

Course Duration : One Year Full time ( Two Semesters) includes Internship and Major Project work.

Course Launch : June – July, Get your seat.

Examination : Internal assessments are conducted by KGMSDC. Semester exams are conducted in association with VTU.

Awarding Certificate :The Post Graduate Certification is jointly awarded by VTU and KGMSDC Society.
