The Karnataka German Technical Training Institute (KGTTI) Mysuru founded by the Karnataka German Multi Skill Development Centre (KGMSDC) society, aims to provide comprehensive vocational training across various industrial technical fields.

Its mission is to develop skills and trades through multidisciplinary programs, aspiring to become a world-class training centre that aligns with global industry requirements. Additional institutes are in Bengaluru, Kalaburagi, Belagavi, Mangaluru, Hubballi and there Extention centre Gowribidanur and Karkala

KGTTI will operate with a business-oriented approach, tailoring its services to meet the current and anticipated competency needs of industries and individuals in Karnataka and beyond. The primary beneficiaries of KGTTI’s training services will be school leavers (for long-term courses), as well as employed industrial staff and jobseekers (ITI, Diploma, Engineering etc) seeking to enhance their skills (through short-term courses). KGTTI’s offerings will include both long and short-term technical training, consultancy, and various industrial services, such as tool and die making.

KGTTI will maintain independence and flexibility in course design and certification. Efforts will be made to collaborate with industry partners and international certification bodies for joint certification.

The KGTTI Mysuru will focus on following five technical fields and related sub fields.

All programs adhere to German vocational education and training standards, ensuring they are demand-oriented and maintain a close relationship with industry. To deliver international standards and hands-on training, the centre is equipped with unparalleled state-of-the-art training facilities.

KGTTI, with its world-class vocational training centres, has established a benchmark in skill development. The institute focuses on providing skill-specific training that helps students secure excellent job opportunities in the global market and promotes entrepreneurship among the youth.

Currently, KGTTI Mysuru operates from a temporary facility and successfully conducts courses in the following sectors.
